I cannot see it clearly but it looks Indian (India) or Indonesian.
I like it. Can we see a close up?

It's just one of the many things laying around in the yard. I'll get some pics tomorrow of the yard, it's very uniquely decorated. If you download the 1920x version, you can see all of the statue and the detail is pretty good.
